The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Everything you could need during your stay is provided in your room. And to top it off a great breakfast is provided in the morning.

By far the best B&B in Newtown area I've experienced. Good, clean, comfortable en-suite room, with mini bar, iron, hair drier, hot water bottle, seriously they thought of everything. Seriously good breakfast served by a very decent and hard working proprietor. Five and a half stars.
