We wanted to stay here for four nights, but didnt like the location for several reasons.Zoe offered us a refund for three nights, but we had to pay for the first night. This seemed to be very fair and we agreed and left. After some weeks, she wrote, they will not give the refund.If we had known this before, we would never have left the location, but would have stayed for all four nights. So, do not trust these peoples , they dont keep their promises!!!.
Staying here is a always a fantastic experience. Apart from the fantastic views, wonderful rooms and 2min drive from Newtown/Drenewydd, the service is second to None. Zoe and Phil are fantastic hosts and very attentive while also allowing you to settle in and do your own thing. Always happy to help, they checked on us a couple of times to make sure we were okay. They always make a loaf of delicious hone made bread and stock the kitchen with milk and orange juice. There is also breakfast cereals too. Phil and Zoe offered a couple of times to resupply us if required. The room itself is beautifully done, and always has a personal touch. Their business is a credit to mid Wales and to hospitality establishments everywhere. We are staying again to be sure.

The nicest owners! Made us feel as though we were staying with friends rather than staying at a hotel etc. Lovely place! Would come again definitely!
