Saw the car online and fancied a bash at seeing if we could strike a deal. Initial contact made and email conversation started. Unfortunately didnt last long and since my initial enquiry I havent heard back at all. I think that when presented with a request that is not so straightforward you go to the back of the queue or in the file marked too difficult to do at this moment I just wish that if this is indeed the case these so called professionals had the common decency to tell you they just cannot help. Needless to say Ive moved on to a more accommodating franchise. This lack of communication ability appears to be systemic throughout the industry. Admittedly some garages I have dealt with have been 5 star, but in the main...........UPDATE-22/1/19Received communication from the dealership telling me of their disappointment with my review. They advised that the issue was because of problems with their email...............yet they managed to email me to tell me how dissatisfied they were with my review!!
