Fantastic customer service. Brought a new lid and waterproof gloves, whilst on a bike tour. They posted my old lid and gloves back to me.However the new gloves were not waterproof. Very helpful on the phone and after I sent them back got a no quibble refund. Cheers guys.
Telephoned at 9am to plead with them to take a quick look at my Mates Hayabusa that had stopped charging the battery and would no longer start.Lee was most helpful and rang back saying they could squeeze him him at noon. The problem was a damaged rectifier, and fortunately they had a used one they could fit to get him on his way, and resume his holiday.Great service at a busy time, but Thanks very much, most appreciated, and you made his day.
Great place and service... As you would expect... Shame tho.. I had to leave with less money in my pocket.. But a beautiful bike between me legs...
Shocked there isn't a 6 star option for this place. Absolutely brilliant garage that's done every one of my services and mot's since I started riding. Wouldn't trust anyone else period.Pop in for a demo and an upgrade if you're up for it or just check out the quality of their workmanship.... I think they have a free coffee machine too
