First thing, I wish we'd known that they only take cash. After our meal I had to drive back down town to an atm which was a bit annoying. However, we all enjoyed our roast dinner and desserts, the service was good and we would definitely go again - well prepared with plenty of cash!

Super friendly. Good beer. You'll be surprised that the food is so good for a little pub out of the way in the middle of nowhere. Walkers, cyclists and bikers.....spot on.
Lovely place. I arrived without ringing ahead (as wasn't sure of my progress on bike), and they were very accommodating - delicious beer and food, and great facilities. Thank you!
Proper good traditional pub. The Sunday roast left all five of our group happy. We were made to feel welcome. Quiet and relaxing drink outside in the sun was enjoyable.Only 3 miles up the road so will definitely be going back for second helpings.
