Despite voicing my concerns about having a self-confessed sex-worker as a parent governor at Maesyrhandir CP school back in August 2018 I still find that this person is mentioned on the school website and on the friends of maesyrhandir facebook group. I cannot even get the school to acknowledge my complaint yet alone act upon it. If the school cannot implement it's own complaints policy in a timely matter I seriously doubt that they have the pupils best interests at heart. I would be extremely careful about sending my child to this school - especially as better schools as rated by Estyn are only a short distance away
